Exchange and Return Policy

RoomPop provides exchange and return services according to the following standards to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Submission Period

You must submit your request to the customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

All of the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and unopened condition
  • Product and packaging are not damaged
  • Proof of purchase available (order number, etc.)

3. Reasons for Exchange / Refund

Exchange or refund is possible in the following cases:

  • If the product was delivered in a damaged state
  • If a product different from the order was delivered
  • If components are missing

4. Cases where Exchange and Return are Restricted

  • If the product has been opened or used
  • If the product is damaged due to customer negligence
  • If 7 days have passed since receiving the product
  • If product components are missing

5. Simple Change of Mind Returns

  • For returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Due to the nature of products shipped from overseas logistics centers, the return process may differ from general domestic online stores.
  • Returns must proceed according to customer service instructions.

6. Refund Processing Information

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to your payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.
  • This may take additional time depending on the payment company.

7. Shipping and Customs Clearance Information (Important)

Exchange and refund may be restricted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address or missing information
  • Incorrect personal customs clearance code or customs failure
  • Return due to unpaid customs duties/taxes
  • External logistics issues such as customs delays, air transport delays
  • Loss or theft after delivery completion
