This policy applies to Rroompop.shop, the global shopping mall operated by RoomPop.

1. Conditions for Returns

Returns are only possible if all the following conditions are met:

  • Return request within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Unused and unopened condition
  • Original packaging maintained
  • Submission of proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons

2. Exceptional Cases for Refund/Exchange

A full refund or exchange is possible in the following cases:

  • If the item arrives damaged
  • If a completely different item from the order was delivered
  • If components are missing

  • Defective product/incorrect delivery: Company bears the cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds or exchanges are limited in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address or missing information
  • Incorrect personal customs code or customs clearance failure
